A young man has tragically died after he was caught in a rip and swept out to sea at a popular Sydney beach last week. The man had been swimming with four other people at North Curl Curl beach on Sunday, August 6 when the group got into in trouble. He was taken to Northern Beaches Hospital in a critical condition.
